The Recharge Leadership Team provides spiritual direction, organizational oversight, and strategic leadership to ensure that every gathering, initiative, and community experience reflects our mission of awakening a generation through worship, prayer, and purpose.
Working alongside a dedicated network of volunteers and ministry teams, the leadership oversees the vision, planning and execution of every aspect of the movement. They equip, mentor, and coordinate sub-teams including Ushers & Hospitality, Worship, Prayer, Production, Media & Communications, Creative Arts, Outreach, Logistics, Guest Experience, and Volunteer Services at local and diaspora campuses
